Abstract
The findings
from investigation and research proved that there are a lot of impediments
which militated against the accuracy of using manual or employed personal to
monitor the time lapse for people browsing the internet in a cyber cafe. Hence
the need for automation arose which solves the problems of timing. Due to the
fact that sourcing and down loading of information from the cyberspace has gone
commercialized and became an activity that is cost effective, determined as a
factor of time.
All these information
sources are obtainable in computer centers that are hooked to the information
super-highway. Anybody, willing to search for information in the net will have
to pay an amount of money, that is equal to or commensurate to the length of
time he or she would want to stay on the net.
In most cases,
the time actualized in browsing the internet is wrongly calculated manually.
This created problems because the cyber café owner will have to pay the
internet service provider (ISP) more than the amount of time he charged. Based
on this automation in regulation of time lapses is being designed which now
forms the achievements of the study.
